La Cucina di Elvira have a very nice food. Everything is home made and very tasty. Staff is very nice and kind. Recommend this nice restorant!

If you want to eat a fresh fish and you are not expecting Michelin rates, this will be the perfect option for you, enjoyable and relaxing. The best value from money accorded with a good choice of local Italian food. People friendly and funny. My boyfriend took me here for my last meal in Vomero Naples. The food was excellent and huge amount!! The best prawn pasta I have had in Italy 😋😋😋 Also, the owner was very friendly. We had a very good time in this restaurant Dishes are very cheap and delicious Enzo was amazing during the whole dinner, very close to his customers. It was a real pleasure to speak italian with him We will come back to this restaurant next time in Napoli for sure

Typical Neapolitan cuisine. Excellent service, Enzo very friendly and the food was good. For 15€ you get first and second course plus vegetables. Give them a try if you are in Napoli.

A really quaint Neapolitan restaurant. The portions are very generous, and for a fair price. Contorni, Primo and Secondo for a total of €15. We are tourists, and although we don't speak Italian very well, the host served us warmly and explained everything in detail. Many thanks - an unreserved recommendation!

La Cucina di Elvira was excellent. I had the Pasta Siciliana and it was delightful. House wine good too. Seems to be a local hangout, so you know it’s authentic Neapolitan cuisine.

Amazing traditional food, good wine, love the atmosphere created by the host. Totally recommended 👍🏻
We had heard that this place was a good spot for lunch and dinner, and they absolutely proved us right. The food was outstanding and generously portioned; it was perfectly balanced without any pretension. The owners were so gracious and appreciative of our basic Italian. Everything down to the bread was some of the best we’ve had in Italy. The philosophical quotes on the wall were very funny and charming, too.

The service vas really god, really kind men with some napolitain sarcasm. When we were done with the food we got a big piece of watermelon that was really appreciated. My parents and decided on dining here as I had read the amazing reviews and saw the menu. Every good thing that I saw was true! Firstly, the service was great. The staff are lovely and the owner was very friendly. Both my parents had the melanzane parmigiana and it was nothing short of perfect. I had linguine with octopus and it was the most tender octopus I’ve ever eaten. It was incredibly rich and I didn’t want the dish to end. My mother also had frutti di mare and the grilled squid, while my dad had the Sicilian cod and putanesca, all of which were incredible. Needless to say, we ate like kings, and for a good price. For €15 (meat) or €20 (fish), you can get 2 courses and a side, or one big course and a side. We’ve never been so happy yet so full leaving a restaurant.
